Pearsons Florist are a third generation family business passionate about flowers, creativity and exceptional customer service for nearly 50 years.
Just before Mother's Day in 1969, Fred and Clare Pollak made the brave decision to take over the Pearsons Florist store in Sydney’s Bondi. They were not florists; in fact, Fred was a skilled tailor who acted as the go-to man for many famous Australians. Even the Australian Prime Minister, Sir William McMahon was a valued customer. Despite his success as a tailor, Fred decided to make a significant change and go into the florist business with his wife Clare.
The passion for flowers continued into the second generation with Bernard and Barbara. Their commitment to quality, creativity and service saw Pearsons Florist grow to include 5 beautiful Sydney stores, a destination online store, including a flagship design centre focusing on creative excellence, and an award-winning School of Floristry widely respected across the industry.
Today, Pearsons Florist also include the third generation of the Pollak family with Bernard’s children Avi and Ellen joining the team to continue the focus on quality, innovation and customer service. Avi and Ellen have a firm eye on the future ensuring customers needs are not only met but well exceeded every time.
