Pearsons Broadway Grand Reopening
To celebrate the reopening Pearsons Florist Broadway is offering Gerbera bunches for just $3.00 from Friday 19 until Friday 26 March or while stocks last.
Commencing her work with Pearsons Florist over two decades ago, Taryn Oldham is ready to throw open the doors of the newly refurbished store at Broadway Shopping Centre.
In her role as manager at the store, Taryn regularly welcomes longstanding customers and locals such as Andrew Denton, Marcia Hines, Demi Hines and Leo Sayer.
It’s the customers that keep her passionate about the industry and her role at Pearsons: ‘The customers are just great, the stories and the passion that comes with the flowers are just amazing,’ says Taryn.
Taryn has seen many stories come through the store during her time and pays particular attention to each and every one of them. From ‘I’m sorry’s’ through to proposals, Taryn has helped her customers through some of the highest and lowest points in their lives.
The store at Broadway has been closed over the past weeks for a major refurbishment and will reopen to the public Friday 19 March 2010 from 9.00am.

We are happy to announce our newly renovated Chatswood Chase store which is located in the new food court in Chatswood Chase. With its elegant and stylish decor, it is the perfect back drop to our beautiful range of fresh flowers.
Miranda store opens!
On Tuesday, 2nd March we opened our Miranda store in Westfield. We invited the Mayor of Sutherland Shire Clr Lorraine Kelly to do the honours to officially open our store. Victorian Bushfire Appeal!
Pearsons Florist raised $1880 for the Victorian Bushfire Appeal. We would like to thank all our romantic customers who had flowers delivered on the 13th and 14th February which contributed towards this worthy cause.

Lost Gardens of Sydney Exhibition

The Lost gardens of Sydney exhibition explores Sydney’s rich and diverse gardening heritage. It traces the rise and fall of a number of Sydney gardens and garden styles, from the native bush and significant early colonial gardens, to nurseries and the gardens of the rising middle class, to the small domestic gardens of the inter-war years, to corporate roof-top gardens and threatened gardens of today.

On this day in 1948, Pat and Les Foley of Maroubra walked down the aisle at All Saints Church in Woollahra. Pat's wedding bouquet from Pearsons Florist containted orchids and hyacinths.
