How do I find a specific item?
You can browse for a product by moving your mouse over the "fresh flowers" button (located on the left flower petal feature) of every page. This will reveal a list of categories to choose from to assist you in locating the item you're interested in. You can browse flowers, plants, gifts or products by occasion. Furthermore, click on our "seasonal specials" button (top right flower petal feature) on the left every page to reveal our specials, regularly updated. If you don't find what you are interested in, please click on the special request button to email us your individual request
How do I place an order?
It's easy. First click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the "quantity" box, add any extras and then click the "place order" button. When you are ready to pay for your order, you have three options to choose from as you proceed to the "log-in" page. Here you can "log-in" if you already have an your details registered with us or hold an existing Pearsons Corporate Account with us, or you can continue shopping "unregistered". When you have made your log-in choice, you will complete a series of forms with delivery details, your billing and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click "place order" and you're order has been placed. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction including a confirmation number. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly

What happens if I did not receive an email confirmation when I placed my order online?
When you place an order online you will automatically receive an email notifying that we have received your order. This email will contain a confirmation number for your reference. Please note, if you do not receive an email with a confirmation number than your order has not been received.
Do your retail stores carry the same products as the Web-site?
While our retail stores offer the widest variety of products, many of these products are also offered on our web site. When you shop online you will find flowers, plants and unique gifts that are exclusive to our web customers.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Diners Club and JCB cards when you order online. Currently, gift certificates purchased in the stores can only be redeemed in the stores.
Is my personal information confidential?
We consider the personal information you provide to us to be confidential. This information is used to fulfill your order or personalise your shopping experience. Identifying information is not rented or sold. For more detailed information, please see privacy.
