What we are looking for…
Pearsons are the largest florist in the southern hemisphere and pride ourselves on being Sydney’s flower experts with seven retail stores city-wide, a design centre and a school of floristry.
We are looking for qualified master or senior florists who can demonstrate exceptional floristry experience and who have sound knowledge of up to date European floristry trends.
The florists must be able to create inspiring designs which will help set the creative standard for the rest of the company. The ideal candidate should have a good level of English, will work well as part of a team and under pressure.
In return we will take care of visa requirements with the possibility of sponsoring the right candidate for up to four years and offering an attractive salary package.
Pearsons understand that moving to another continent is a major life change. We are not specifically looking to attract florists’ who wish to move to Australia permanently, rather we are looking for florists’ who would come to work for our company for a period of 12-18 months – experience working in Australia with a premium florist, travel the country and make long-lasting friendships.
