Pearson's Florist, The Essential Ingredient and The Burlington are delighted to present a two hour class on creating the backdrop for a stunning dinner party or for Christmas.
Pearson's senior florist, Freya, will demonstrate simple floral design techniques to enhance your table settings and harmonise with your food. Freya's passion for flowers combined with her skills refined over many years as a florist and a trainer at Pearson's School of Floristry will inspire you to style your own beautiful tables. Chad Muir, Head Chef from The Burlington, will illustrate the art of presenting food beautifully ('plating up'). Chad has worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant Pied a Terre in London and Restaurant Balzac in Randwick before coming to Burlington Bar and Dining. He will teach basic plating techniques for showcasing your food.
